Abstract

To present a cordel about distinctions, intersections and singularities between Public Health and Collective Health as a didactic-pedagogical resource for the teaching-learning process of health students. The creative process was guided by the steps proposed by Graham Wallas, resulting in the creation of the cordel “From pieces to mosaic: unveiling Public Health and Collective Health”. The article “Public Health or Collective Health?” and elements of the Theory of the Work Process were used as a theoretical reference to elucidate, explore and relate the distinctions, intersections and singularities between these fields of knowledge. The choice of this literary genre, characterized by its accessible, poetic language, versed in metrics and rhymes, has the potential to facilitate the understanding of complex concepts and, by combining elements of popular culture with scientific ones, make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
