Abstract
This study aims to analyze the projects of the Education through Work for Health Program/Federal University of Paraíba, considering Teaching-Service-Community Integration as a guideline in the development of interprofessional competencies and Interprofessional Collaborative Practices (ICP) in health. It is a qualitative, documentary study with a temporal scope (2008-2023). A single Analysis Matrix was used for all projects, based on the study’s objective and theoretical framework. Content Analysis was employed. Characteristics with inductive potential for interprofessionalism in training and ICP were observed, explicitly described in the GraduaSUS, Interprofessionality, and Management & Assistance Projects. The results indicate the need for the projects to incorporate, in their proposals, the active participation of users/families/communities and to foster collaboration through digital technologies in the planning, execution, and evaluation of interprofessional activities, considering interprofessional learning as a Brazilian formative horizon.
