Abstract
We propose a textual and textile weave as a cartographic expression of an occupational therapy doctoral process permeated by the powers involved in the researched theme – human activity, a central concept for Brazilian occupational therapy. Narratives and patterns accompanied the stripping bare of the researcher’s body in the research experience, composing new cartographies of this human activity – a concept that is revealed in practice, since research is, after all, a human activity. Reflection and creation are heightened and resignify existential senses, reconfiguring understandings about life and research in occupational therapy. Thus, between experimentation and cartography, forms and dimensions were woven that express a singular, sensitive, and critical research, in search of coherence between what one is, does, thinks, and feels.
