Abstracts

This study analyzed the perceptions and lessons learned from the reconfiguration of interprofessional work seen from the perspective of professionals from a state health secretariat involved in the management and planning of actions aimed at health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. We carried out a documentary analysis of the Contingency Plan for Health Workers of this secretariat. The plan was drawn up simultaneously with the implementation of the actions. The analysis also included interviews with 11 professionals involved in its management. Thematic content analysis was applied, studying conceptions of teamwork, interprofessional collaboration and work management. The results show that innovations have been introduced through integrated planning and management, encouraging teamwork and interprofessional collaboration. The lessons learned show that there were limitations to workers’ health management due to insufficient infrastructure and the model of care adopted during the pandemic, centered on hospital care.
