Integrative literature review of user satisfaction based on data from the National Program for Improving Primary Care Access and Quality (PMAQ-AB) involving 11 articles published between 2012 and 2018. A text analysis was performed using the software IRaMuTeQ®, resulting in seven classes and three categories: care organization and coordination – matrix support team from classes 5, 6 and 1; user satisfaction – appointment scheduling and treatment from classes 2 and 7; socioeconomic indicators and regional differences from 3 and 4. The factors influencing user satisfaction were accessibility, continuity of care,
