In Limeira, a city in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, child labour in the production of costume jewellery was recognized as a public health issue. One of the actions taken by civil society and government departments was to create a Committee for eradication of child labour (COMETIL), and to coordinate integrated care services for children and teenagers. This article aims to show how integrated solutions
